The JHS-431 is a 2-watt UHF intrinsically safe transceiver designed for on-board communication during ship operations, loading/unloading, and mooring. Its intrinsically safe design meets ATEX Directive 94/9/EC, making it suitable for use on Tankers, LPG carriers, LNG carriers, and LO carriers when transporting flammable or hazardous materials
