On 8 Feb 2023, Mr. Iwao Yamamoto, Director, Senior Vice President of YDK Technologies and Mr. Tony Ho, Director of Hostmost Group officially signed the Distributor agreement.
YDK Technologies and the Hostmost Group share a long-standing relationship as trusted partners serving the global maritime market. We look forward to continuing this wonderful partnership, steering into uncharted territories and opportunities together.

"Today, Hostmost Marine Services (Canada) and YDK Technologies officially signed a service/sales agreement for the U.S. region. The U.S. service is a very important area covering all of North and Middle, South America. YDK chose Hostmost Marine Services (Canada) because of its long-standing relationship with the Hostmost Group.
In China, the Hostmost Group is the service and sales agent for YDK and has developed the business in a mutually cooperative relationship.
The signing follows the Hostmost Group's worldwide expansion of YDK Technologies distributorship rights to Hong Kong, China, the Philippines, and Canada. YDK Technologies selected Hostmost Marine Services (Canada) as its partner in North America based on a comprehensive evaluation of the Hostmost Group's strength, experience in the marine business, longstanding relationship of trust, and the technical skills and sense of responsibility of its employees.
We have already started service operations with Hostmost Marine Services (Canada) since last October, and we hope to resolve various obstacles through mutual cooperation.
